Leslie Joel Pollyea, age 71 of Delton, passed away on July 15, 2023. He was born on September 14, 1951 in Benton Harbor to Merril and Judith (Morrison) Pollyea. He owned and operated State Street Motors where he sold cars and motorcycles for over three years. In his free time, Leslie enjoyed being outdoors fishing, camping, and taking rides on the motorcycles he owned. He liked going to Disney, watching Fox News, and cooking delicious meals for his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his dear wife, Angeleana (Smith) Pollyea; children: Jeremy (Abbi) Pollyea, Samantha Pollyea, Tracy Pollyea, Brianna Pollyea, Braden Pollyea; grandchildren: Cole, Elliot, Julian, Nola, Mari, Zoe; siblings: Celia Rose (Ken) Varner, Todd (Sandy) Pollyea; sister-in-law, Nancy Pollyea; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Randy Pollyea. Per Leslie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
