Sergeant Major Anthony Robinson, 62, of Battle Creek, Michigan departed this life on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 10:55 p.m. in Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. Born to Leonard Robinson Sr. and Juanita Robinson on July 19, 1951 at Mercy Hospital in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Anthony confessed his faith and hopes in Christ on the 10th day of August 1958. He was baptized at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. He was a good role model for many, a loving husband, and loving father. He enjoyed spending quality time with family, his children, and friends.

 Anthony leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 23 years of marriage, Charlene Robinson; parents: Rev. Leonard Sr. and Juanita Robinson; brothers: Arthur L. (Sylvia) Robinson and Julian D. (Yesenia) Robinson; sisters: Darlene Fort, DaWanda (Harley) Howard, Aretha M. Woods and Barbara (Richard) Roberson; sister-in-law, Benita Robinson; two sons: Anthony D. Robinson and Shon (Jessica) Coleman; two daughters: Angel Coleman and Ivy Coleman; 14 Grandchildren, two Great-grandchildren; along with a host of Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, relatives, friends, Tok and a Goddaughter.

Anthony was preceded in death by two brothers: Leonard Robinson Jr. and Tyrone Robinson; his Godparents; and two Godbrothers.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Second Baptist Church, 600 Donald Atkins Drive, Benton Harbor, Michigan. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Fort Custer National Cemetery.
